Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription model

Loopdraft is a subscription service billed in advance in US dollars (USD). Each plan provides a monthly allowance of documents and diagrams that resets every billing period. Allowances do not carry over and are not credits or stored value.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing support@faskinconvtrol.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because access and allowance are provided for the whole period at the start of each cycle, part-period fees and unused allowance are non-refundable once a period has begun, except where required by law.

If a charge was clearly made in error (for example duplicate billing or a failed renewal that still charged), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund it.

If an output is unsatisfactory

Generation is instant and repeatable within your plan allowance. If an output is not what you need, adjust your description, signals or interlocks and regenerate at no extra cost before requesting any billing change.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence.
