This license explains who owns your inputs and generated documents, and the limited rights you grant us to run the service.
Your inputs stay yours
You retain all ownership of the control-loop descriptions, tags, signal lists and interlocks you enter. We claim no ownership over your inputs.
Licence you grant us
You grant FASKIN CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs for the sole purpose of generating your documentation and operating your account. Uploaded tag tables and parameters are used only for that generation. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.
Your generated documents
Subject to these terms and to your competent-engineer review, the documents and diagram outputs you generate are yours to use for your projects. Because outputs are illustrative and reference-only, you are responsible for validating and, where needed, re-drawing them as certified deliverables.
Our software and templates
The Loopdraft software, brand, interface, diagram templates and library imagery remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them except as needed to use your own generated documents.
Retention and deletion
Input and output retention, including deletion on request, is described in the Privacy Policy.
